A quick search of vouchers’ record of different account codes in a certain period

  • Voucher Date: Search vouchers for a period. Default as current fiscal year. Can be changed by user

  • Search: Click to show all vouchers within the chosen period

  • Clear: Clear all data on the screen

  • Exit: Leave this interface

Instructions for searching voucher’s information

  1. Double click the account codes for enquiry

  2. After double click, system will show a Search for Voucher’s interface with the chosen account codes listed

  3. Double click the Voucher needed in the Search for Voucher’s interface

  4. System will then open the chosen voucher. Information of the voucher can be edited
