Customer Label

For printing customer’s label

Customer label search

  • Customer information can be searched by Customer Code, Area, Origin, Nature or Sector

  • Format: 2 formats can be chosen:

    • Format 1(A4 size-Avery# 3658): 21 labels can be printed for each A4 paper

    • Format 2(102mm x 49mm-Avery# OML 103): 10 labels can be printed for each A4 paper

  • Clear Selection: After clicking this button, all the selected information will be cleared

Printing-to-be section

  • System automatically shows the related customer’s information in this section

Function keys

  • [>>] Add All: All customer’s information in the printing-to-be section on the left-hand side will be moved to the printing section on the right

  • [>] Add Selected: Move selected information from left to right

  • [<] Remove Selected: Remove selected information from the right-hand side

  • [<<] Remove All: Remove all information from right to left

  • [...] Detail: Choose one customer from the left side and then click Detailbutton, the detailed information of the chosen customer will be shown

  • Preview or print the information shown in this section

Supplier Label

For printing supplier’s label

  • Printing Supplier label are like Customer label. Please refer to [Customer Label]

Product Barcode Label

For printing product barcode label

  • Product information can be searched by: Product Code, Model, Category and Brand

  • Format: 6 Formats can be chosen

    • Format 1: 38.1mm x 21.2mm-HERMA A4 Size (65 Pcs). Each A4 paper can print out 65 labels under this format. The size of the barcode is 38.1mm x 21.2mm

    • Format 2: 2:66mm x 33.8mm-HERMA A4 Size (24 Pcs). Each A4 paper can print out 24 labels under this format. The size of the barcode is 66mm x 33.8mm

    • Format 3: 35mm x 19mm-VIC#LR3519

    • Format 4: 48mm x 30mm-VIC#LR4830

    • Format 5: Godex Barcode Format 1

    • Format 6: Godex Barcode Format 2

Customer Envelope

For printing customer’s envelope

  • Position: Position for printing chosen customer’s information including contact person, company name and address on the envelope. 5 positions can be chosen: Left Most, Left Center, Center, Right Center and Right Most

  • Top Margin: Between 1 – 40 rows can be chosen. The larger the number, the closer the customer information towards the bottom of the envelope

Supplier Envelope
