Customer/Supplier Product Code

Set different Customer/Supplier Product Codes for different customers

Detailed steps are as follow:

1. Press [Magnifier] button or input directly to look for existing customer codes

2. Press + buttons or [ALT+A] to add; Press - or [ALT+X] to delete a product code item

3. Press [Magnifier] button or input information directly to look for product codes

4. Input customer product code.

5. User can set different information for different product. Press [...] to enter product information. Check Doc. Loading to automatically load the information in related documents.

  • Since the product number is set by the user, the product number and product content description may vary depending on different customers or suppliers, so it can be set in the Customer/Supplier Product Code

  • Users only need to enter the customer product number, and the system will automatically display the corresponding product number
