Currency

Default currency is HKD (Exchange rate: 1.0). Set up other currencies and their exchange rates here

  • Currency: Input up to 3 characters for currency abbreviation; it will be shown in documents & reports

  • Currency (English / Chinese Details): English name can be set up to 40 characters and Chinese name would be up to 20 characters

  • Rate: E.g.: for US Dollars with an exchange rate 7.68, then USD$1 = HKD$ 7.68

    • Changes in Rate will affect documents afterward

  • Delete Reminder: If a currency has already been used, it cannot be deleted
