  • Doc. No.: Input by user or search in [Magnifier]

  • Ref. No., Customer No. / Name: Retrieved from document

  • Copy / Transfer Setting: Preset in System Setting > System Parameter Setting

  • Select All: Click [Tick] to check all

  • Select None: Click [Tick] to uncheck all

  • Copy: Click [Tick] to copy all  item

Differences between Transfer and Copy function

  • Transfer

    • Only related documents can be transferred

    • Product’s outstanding quantity will be reduced each time after transferring

    • Supported with the Outstanding Analysis Reports. For example, if a quotation’s product is not transferred to a sales confirmation or an invoice, the outstanding product information will be shown at the Outstanding Quotation Analysis report

    • Also supported with the Transference Report. The record of transferred documents is shown in the Transference Report

  • Copy

    • All documents can be copied from one another

    • No report can be shown for the relationship between copied documents
