  • Doc. no.: Input by user. Empty to search all information of that document type

  • Doc Date: Input by user. Empty to search all dates

  • Create Date: Input by user. Empty to search all dates

  • Update Date: Input by user. Empty to search all dates

  • Update User: Input by user. Empty to search all users

  • Report’s content will include the followings: New Document, Edit Document, Delete Document, New Item, Edit Item, Deleted Item
